Why I love to Cycle in Toronto

The Humber River trail , the Martin Goodman trail and Don River Trails pretty much surrounds the City of Toronto which I think is pretty cool. More so, if you like to ride your bike like I do and being an avid cyclist. When you live and work in the city at times its not so convienent to leave the city to log some distance on my bike.

Often I will hop on the Humber River trail and cycle along south to the Martin Goodman and up over to the Don River Trail. I can easily log 60km -70 km without having to rack my bike and drive somewhere. I often do this before I work or after work in the summer months. It's a great way to maintain my fitness, ride my bike, safe in the city free from cars.

What's great about all three trail systems is that they branch off to more beautiful trails and various communities. I will share more on another post On another day!
